Mikkel Kærsgaard
Co-founder of M&T Ventures and everything under this.
Mikkel comes from a background in engineering, and has always had the entrepreneurial drive. Having too much energy to sit still in college, he opted to start his first company, which was a learning curve for good and bad.
In the wake of this, he decided to start Airflight, with the intend to create flying gokarts and cars. Meeting Travis and getting the first investors interested pivoted the dream in the direction of unmanned drones for the wind industry, which resulted in the AF200 drone.
Now, Mikkel also helps other founders with their fundraising goals, and is always looking for new and exciting business ventures.
Travis James Mathers
Co-founder of M&T Ventures and everything under this.
Coming from an education in Business and Entrepreneurship, Travis has always enjoyed the process of making ideas into reality.
While teaching entrepreneurship at the University College of Northern Denmark he met Mikkel and found a fellow go-getter spirit. Travis was immediately onboard with the Airflight idea of the flying car turned maintenance drone, and found the scaling and networking aspect of working in the company invigorating.
Now he also enjoy working with newer startups and educating them in their entrepreneurial journey, as well as always looking for new business ventures.
